RETURNS & REFUND INFORMATION
▶ Sinise 7-DAY WARRANTY Strongly Guarantees the following:
The customer is eligible for a partial/full refund or replacement for FREE 7-days after receiving the package and no package will be sent back to us.
7-day warranty is valid for the following reasons:
- Item arrived damaged
- One of the items is missing
- Item received is incorrect
I] Refunds - a) Palawan express padala ( 3-5 bus days )
- b) Online Bank Transfer via METROBANK ONLY ( 1 -2 bus Days ) - Other banks require a 25php fee.
II] Replacements - Sent out Tues / Thurs. Then add 1-5 bus days delivery.
▶ FULL REFUNDS
▸ Returns and refunds are allowed. Unfortunately, we do not offer any exchanges.
▸ Buyers shoulder the shipping cost for returns. Proof of shipping is required before we issue a full refund.
▶ PARTIAL REFUNDS
▸ Shipping cost is not counted with partial refunds.
▸ 20% of the cost of goods minus the shipping cost.
